Overview

At the heart of our efforts is the Geo-tagging of WASA Consumers, an ambitious initiative launched by the Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Faisalabad. Our aim is to implement comprehensive geo-tagging for all registered and unregistered consumers to enhance revenue generation and streamline service delivery. By accurately mapping consumer locations, we are setting new standards in revenue and recovery management and operational efficiency.

Innovation Solutions

We have introduced a state-of-the-art GIS system equipped with a user-friendly dashboard and sophisticated data analysis tools and mobile applications. These innovations allow for precise mapping of both registered and unregistered consumer locations and offer valuable insights into consumption patterns and service needs.

Our Team & Stakeholders

Under the visionary leadership of Managing Director Mr. Amir Aziz and Deputy Managing Director Mr. Shoaib Rasheed, our team is dedicated to spearheading transformative changes, guided by the expertise of our skilled GIS Analyst. With the support of our external partner, Abdul Rahim and Co (ARC), ensures impartiality and professional data collection, reflecting our commitment to transparency and excellence.

Addressing the challenge

Our project addresses the critical issue of unaccounted consumption of water and sanitation resources and revenue loss, which arise from unregistered consumers. Utilizing advanced GIS technology, we ensure every consumer is accounted for, paving the way for increased revenue and improved service management. This strategic approach not only boosts efficiency of revenue collection but also ensures registration of WASA consumers.
